How the structural work is done

    Consultation & engineering

    A licensed engineer assesses the load paths and stamps the drawings. Permits are pulled before any work begins.

  2. 2

    Shore and support

    The structure is carried on temporary supports, then steel or LVL beams are set to the engineer's specification.

  3. 3

    Build and finish

    Once the structure is secured and inspected, it is closed up and finished to the standard of the kitchen going in.
