This website is operated by Antova Builders LLC, doing business as Antova Kitchens, a general contractor registered in Idaho. By using the site you agree to these terms. They are short, because the site is simple: it shows our work and lets you get in touch.

What the site is for

The site presents kitchens we have built, the finishes and products we work with, and a way to request an estimate or book a consultation. It is for information and contact. No purchase is made through the site.

Estimates

An estimate you request through this site, including our 24-hour written estimate, is a good-faith figure based on the information you give us. It is not a quote, an offer, or a contract, and it may change once we have measured your space, confirmed material selections, and reviewed site conditions. The price for any project is set only in a written agreement signed by you and by Antova Builders LLC.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep the site accurate and current, but products, finishes, availability, and prices change. The site may contain errors or be out of date. Nothing on it is a guarantee about a specific product, material, or outcome.

Photographs and content

The photographs on this site show real projects. The photographs, text, and design of the site belong to Antova Builders LLC or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the site. You may not copy, publish, or use its photographs or text for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

Third-party services

Scheduling on our enquiry page is provided by Cal.com, and the site is hosted by Vercel. Their services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Antova Builders LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including estimates, before a signed agreement is in place. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under a signed agreement with us or under Idaho law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the courts of Bonner County, Idaho.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its effective date, is the one that applies.
